We cover taxes and duties for most orders, but some countries may apply additional import charges. If this happens, contact us at info@mileseey.ca or through Contact Us, and we’ll guide you for future orders. Please note, if delivery is refused due to duties, refunds are processed only after the package is returned and cleared, which may cause delays.
All orders are charged in your local currency. CAD or USD
If you need to update your address, contact us right away at info@mileseey.ca. Processed orders may incur a $25 fee for address changes. If your order has already shipped, please work directly with the carrier to arrange delivery options.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel. We can assist before the order is confirmed for shipment. Custom and shipped orders cannot be canceled, but shipped items may be returned after delivery. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@mileseey.ca or through Contact Us, and include photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or solution.
Check your code carefully, including capitalization, and ensure it hasn’t expired. Some codes cannot be combined with promotions, and codes found on third-party sites may not be valid.
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed the next business day, and most orders ship within 48 hours. International shipments may face customs delays outside our control.
